Postage and Deliverance:

The order will be delivered by a third-party company (in most of the cases DHL) the the given delivery adress. Costs for deliverance will be given in the product description and in the confirmation of the order.

It is not possible to get the order yourself.

Payment and Ownership:

Your ordered goods will be in our ownership until complete payment.

Our preferred payment method is a bank transaction prior to delivery - you'll get all necessary information at the end of the order process and via email.

Payment via PayPal is possible - and via Paypal you can also pay with credit cards.

COD is only possible within Germany and will cost at least 5.00 € extra.

Return of the order:

In case of defective devices we take back the order according to international law - please contact us prior to sending the items back to us.
